We take this very seriously. We don’t hire anyone we wouldn’t feel comfortable taking care of someone in our own family. Every caregiver goes through a rigorous interview process which includes the following: a national and state criminal & driving background check, drug screen, proof of auto insurance, proof of citizenship, employment reference checks, personal ethics, special training and certification verification. In addition, all of our caregivers are bonded, insured, and covered by workers compensation, helping to ensure our clients peace of mind.

All caregivers are certified nursing assistants (CNAs) or personal care aids (PCAs) who are all certified in First Aid & CPR. Southern Crescent Care also has a continuous education program which keeps caregivers current and up-to-date on the best practices within the personal care industry.
